4. What warranty do your appliances come with?
Every Polo single appliance in our kitchen appliance packages is backed by a 36-month manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind that you’re buying quality. Our failure rate is just 0.06%—roughly 1 in every 1,666 units—based on data from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2024. In many cases, these were minor issues, such as a broken knob. We actively track any failures and work closely with our manufacturing partners to identify and resolve problems at their source.
5. Do you provide spare parts and servicing in New Zealand?
Yes. Polo after-sales support covers you right across New Zealand. Unlike many other suppliers, we stock genuine spare parts onsite in New Zealand for all our kitchen appliances. If you need assistance, simply submit a request using our online repair form. It goes straight to our support team. We will typically be in touch within 24 hours to get things sorted. You won’t be stuck trying to manage your kitchen project while waiting weeks for overseas parts or support.
